While at a conference at Viceroy Snowmass, I popped in to Nest Public House for lunch and found what’s my new fav for a quick lunch or dinner. The lettuce wraps are delicious, healthy, and easy to make.
Here’s the twist – add hummus! So take a butter lettuce leaf, add a dollop of hummus and shredded chicken, then top with salsa verde and avocado.
