Avocado Toast is Seedlucious in Santa Fe

Avocado toast seems to be the hottest thing on the breakfast menu lately.  So while in Santa Fe, New Mexico recently I swapped my usual Huevos Motuleños at Cafe Pasqual’s for Two Poached Eggs on Avocado Toast.  I got it with their Seedlucious bread.  One bite, I knew I had to ask for the recipe!

Turns out it’s a Bon Apetit Super-Seedy Gluten-Free Bread recipe, with a Cafe Pasqual’s twist.

*Instead of buttermilk, use coconut milk

*Add 5 Tablespoons of maple syrup instead of 3

*Add 1/2 cup Golden Raisins
