Cheers on this Thirsty Thursday! I’m sharing a recipe my cousin Andrew created for the Chop House Restaurant at the New Sheridan when he worked there in Telluride, Colorado.
It’s a Peach Martini. It’s light, refreshing, and well…..peachy! The recipe is easy and perfect for poolside or enjoying a beautiful summer afternoon, like I did in Telluride.
2.0 oz. Tito’s Vodka
.5 oz. Cointreau
5. oz. Fresh lime
2.0 oz Peach puree
3 mint leaves
Shake ingredients with ice then strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with cracked pepper and a mint leaf.
