Great latte and breakfast taco….think I’m in love with Boomtown Coffee. 

I got up this morning wanting to try a new spot for coffee and after searching on Google, I decided on Boomtown Coffee in the cool and eclectic Heights neighborhood in Houston.

Sipping my almond milk latte outside on a lovely Saturday morning absolutely put me in coffee heaven.

Then the Boomtown Taco arrived. With an overeasy fried egg, avocado, black beans and cheese on an Amaize corn tortilla with salsa on the side, this was a simple breakfast taco elevated to the next level.

You had me at latte Boomtown, but I’ll be jonesing for the taco later. I’ll definitely be back!
