Siam’s Sweet Basil

When in Telluride, you have to try to get in to SIAM Restaurant for the food and cocktails. It’s a locals and visitors favorite and yes, always packed.

They are known for their martinis so I decided to try the Sweet Basil.  It’s cucumber, mint, and lime muddled together and mixed with their house infused basil vodka. Voilà! You have a great cocktail that’s not too sweet to pair with you spicy dinner at SIAM.
