Lunch at New Sheridan Chop House in Telluride was the perfect time to try their Peach Martini. I wanted some light with a touch of sweet, but not too sweet. The Peach Martini fit the bill perfectly. Plus my cousin created it so I had to try his creative cocktail!I loved the hint of cracked pepper as a garnish to balance the sweetness of peach purée.
Here’s the recipe if you want to wow guests at home!
Peach Martini
2oz Tito’s Vodka
.5oz Cointreau
.5oz Fresh lemon juice
2oz Peach purée
3 Mint leaves
Shake and strain into a chilled martini glass.
Garnish with cracked pepper and a mint leaf.
