Take your yoga to new heights…literally. Keystone Resort is known for hiking and biking in summer, but they are getting lots of buzz about their new yoga programs. I recently went to Keystone to give their SUP Yoga and Mountaintop Yoga a whirl.
As a yoga and nature lover, it is pretty hard to beat being on top of a mountain doing yoga. At Keystone, mountaintop yoga is offered on Saturday mornings at 10:30am. Elevation at the top of Dercum mountain is 11,640 feet.
The toughest part of mountaintop yoga is breathing since the air is thinner. The class is a light easy practice so it is perfect for all levels and all ages.
Soaking up views of snow capped mountains as the sun shines down, clouds float by, and the breeze kisses your skin is definitely zen time in Keystone.
Mountaintop yoga at Keystone is $30 (lift ticket not included) or $41 including lift ticket. Mats are provided. Reservations are required.

Keystone also offers hike and yoga and bike and yoga classes. They also have a studio in Lakeside Village if you want to take indoor classes.
