Fish tacos are a favorite and while staying at a Hotel Derek for a few days, I’ve ordered them for more than one meal in Revolve Kitchen + Bar.

They are simple and packed with flavor and protein. I did ask for the flour tortillas to be switched out for corn. Also went very light on the cilantro cream sauce. The cabbage and pineapple pico de gallo are the perfect cool compliment to the blackened fish.Add a few tortilla chips and roasted salsa and you have a perfect dinner with Texas flair!
