While at a conference at Viceroy, I popped in to SnowmassNest Public House for lunch and found what’s my new fav for a quick lunch or dinner. The lettuce wraps are delicious, healthy, and easy to make.
Here’s the twist – add hummus! So take a butter lettuce leaf, add a dollop of hummus and shredded chicken, then top with salsa verde and avocado. So good and so guilt free! Well their housemade chips aren’t totally guilt free but they’re good.
Yum!
